Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Delivery
- Design and implement SAP EWM solutions aligned to business and operational requirements
- Support global SAP environments through configuration, enhancement, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Process & Functional Expertise
- Provide expertise in warehouse management processes, including:
- Inbound and outbound logistics
- Inventory management
- Warehouse execution and control
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and process controls
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide expertise in warehouse management processes, including:
- Integration & Collaboration
- Work across cross-functional teams including:
- Supply Chain
- Manufacturing
- Quality Management (QM)
- Finance
- Ensure seamless integration of EWM with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- Supply chain and manufacturing systems
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and stakeholders
- Work across cross-functional teams including:
- Support & Operations
- Provide ongoing application support and issue resolution
- Communicate updates and resolutions to stakeholders
- Share best practices and key learnings across the organisation
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- Proven experience working on S/4HANA implementations
- Hands-on experience in:
- EWM configuration and deployment
- Warehouse and supply chain processes
- Experience working in cross-functional and global environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
