Role – We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance VIM Functional Consultant to support a large-scale SAP transformation programme, including greenfield implementation and system enhancements within a modern SAP landscape (including S/4HANA and RISE environments). You will play a key role in delivering automated, end-to-end invoice management processes, ensuring seamless integration between Finance and Procurement functions.

Role – We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance VIM Functional Consultant to support a large-scale SAP transformation programme, including greenfield implementation and system enhancements within a modern SAP landscape (including S/4HANA and RISE environments). You will play a key role in delivering automated, end-to-end invoice management processes, ensuring seamless integration between Finance and Procurement functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) within SAP (S/4HANA or ECC).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and validate end-to-end process and testing scenarios.
- Translate business process designs into functional solutions and test cases.
- Support SIT, UAT, and performance testing, including defect resolution.
- Ensure alignment with standard templates and governance processes.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Manage workflow, exception handling, and invoice automation processes.
- Provide support during go-live and post-go-live stabilisation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an SAP Finance VIM Funtional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in:
- OpenText VIM (including ICC, Archive Server).
- SAP Finance (AP, AR, GL).
- SAP MM integration.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP project lifecycle (minimum 2 implementations preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounts payable automation and invoice processing.
- Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
