This role combines AMS support, payroll troubleshooting, and consulting delivery, supporting critical payroll operations and transformation initiatives across complex international environments.

This role combines AMS support, payroll troubleshooting, and consulting delivery, supporting critical payroll operations and transformation initiatives across complex international environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support & AMS
- Provide functional and technical support for:
- SAP HCM Payroll
- SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Manage support tickets, issue analysis, and resolution activities
- Communicate status updates, root causes, and resolutions to stakeholders
- Produce technical and functional documentation for incidents and fixes
- Configure and maintain:
- Payroll schemas and PCRs
- Wage types and payroll calculations
- Basic pay and payroll posting configuration
- Analyse and resolve issues related to:
- Overtime and allowances
- Taxes and social security calculations
- Sickness and legal reporting
- Payslips and payroll posting discrepancies
- Ensure payroll and time data integrity
- Participate in SAP Payroll and HR transformation projects
- Support workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
- Configure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Support data migration and integration activities with:
- SAP and third-party systems
- SuccessFactors environments
- Execute:
- System testing
- Payroll validation
- Defect resolution and retesting
- Support HRSP implementations and ongoing enhancements
- Ensure successful handover to support and maintenance teams
- Provide functional and technical support for:
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP HCM Payroll
- SAP ECP / SuccessFactors Payroll
- Deep understanding of:
- Belgian payroll processes and legislation
- Payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage type configuration
- Proven experience in:
- Payroll troubleshooting and support
- Payroll implementation and AMS environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within distributed teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
