Key skills:
- 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP PM module configuration and business process design.
- Hands-on experience with Notifications, Work Orders, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Equipment Master Data.
- Integration knowledge with MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and Asset Management modules.
- Experience with S/4HANA environment preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, master data governance, and mobility solutions is a plus.
- Consulting background is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)
- Configure and implement SAP PM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Set up preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
- Integrate PM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users.
- Translate business needs into system solutions and functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Prepare and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Provide post-implementation support and end-user training.
- Create functional design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts.
- Develop reports and KPIs for maintenance performance tracking.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, PP, and technical (ABAP/BASIS) teams.
- Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
