Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate client needs into tailored SAP solutions
- Design and configure SAP systems aligned with strategic business goals
- Lead implementation projects including testing, training, and go-live support
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure seamless integrations and customizations
- Support clients in optimizing and evolving their SAP landscapes continuously
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and innovation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SCM or SAP MM modules
- Strong background in retail or fashion industry projects
- Consulting experience highly desirable
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Based in the Netherlands (due to compliance and client requirements)
- Proven ability to work effectively in agile teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
