We’re seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Logistics/WM Consultant to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to drive full-lifecycle SAP projects—from pre-sales through delivery—across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP Logistics expertise and strong leadership skills to deliver impactful S/4HANA Warehouse Management and Logistics transformations.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales engagements and oversee delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA Logistics/WM implementations (WM, EWM, MM integration)
- Facilitate workshops with senior supply-chain and warehouse stakeholders to capture requirements and design SAP solutions
- Configure, test and support SAP S/4HANA Logistics modules alongside technical and integration teams
- Produce solution designs, functional specifications and detailed process maps
- Develop system demos, contribute to proposal responses, and provide accurate effort and cost estimates
- Manage cutover planning, data migration validation and hypercare support through go-live
- Stay current on SAP Logistics innovations (Embedded EWM, Fiori warehouse apps, Advanced Shipping & Receiving)
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous knowledge sharing
- Extensive SAP Logistics consulting background, with at least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA WM/EWM implementations
- Hands-on expertise across core Logistics modules: WM, EWM, MM (Inventory Management), and integration to SD/PP
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash supply-chain processes and global warehouse-management best practices
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, embedded analytics and standard S/4 reporting tools for Logistics
- Experience integrating Logistics with Finance or Project Systems is advantageous
- Comfortable operating in matrix delivery teams using both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to prepare high-quality documentation, solution designs and test scripts
