Role – We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to design and deliver an enterprise planning and reporting landscape leveraging SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). This role will define the architecture, cost allocation logic, segmental reporting approach, and integrated planning models to support performance management across P&L, workforce, projects and depreciation. You will partner with finance, actuarial and investment stakeholders to align the platform to business models, fund structures and reporting needs.

This role will define the architecture, cost allocation logic, segmental reporting approach, and integrated planning models to support performance management across P&L, workforce, projects and depreciation. You will partner with finance, actuarial and investment stakeholders to align the platform to business models, fund structures and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution architecture across S/4HANA Finance + SAC.
- Design cost allocation methodologies and implement them within S/4HANA.
- Architect segmental reporting for fund-level profitability.
- Develop SAC planning models for:
✔ Fee income (e.g., ISIN / share class level)
✔ Delegate fee modelling
✔ Workforce & personnel cost planning
✔ Overhead & depreciation
✔ Project planning & allocations - Integrate actuals from S/4HANA with SAC planning models.
- Define data flows between MDH, S/4HANA, Datasphere and SAC.
- Implement governance and master data controls for planning & reporting.
- Enable scenario modelling for profitability and cost simulations.
- Deliver SAC stories and dashboards for executive finance insights.
- Ensure VAT compliance and audit readiness in financial processes.
- Facilitate workshops and solution walkthroughs with business stakeholders.
Key Skills
- 12+ years in SAP Finance & Planning solution delivery.
- Deep expertise in S/4HANA Finance (GL, CO, Profitability Analysis).
- Strong experience in segmental reporting & cost allocation models.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning & Reporting.
- Integration experience between S/4HANA actuals and SAC planning layers.
- Knowledge of financial planning cycles and fund-based models.
- Understanding of VAT and indirect procurement workflows.
- Excellent solution design & stakeholder communication skills.
