Role – We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities for enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes. You will lead test planning, execution, quality assurance and defect management across multiple business and technical workstreams, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, technical teams and programme management, you will ensure testing is delivered efficiently while maintaining governance, traceability and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP testing activities across the programme lifecycle.
• Develop and manage Test Strategy, Test Plans and Test Schedules.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing and Cutover Validation.
• Manage testing across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain and Master Data workstreams.
• Coordinate test environments and test data readiness.
• Lead defect management, prioritisation and resolution.
• Produce testing metrics, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Ensure requirements traceability through to testing and defect resolution.
• Work closely with SAP functional, Basis, integration and infrastructure teams.
• Support API, middleware and third-party integration testing.
• Drive quality governance and compliance with testing standards.
• Identify testing risks and manage programme escalations.
• Promote continuous improvement and testing best practices.

Key Skills:

• Extensive SAP Test Lead or SAP Test Management experience.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• End-to-end SAP testing lifecycle management.
• Test Strategy development and execution.
• System Integration Testing (SIT).
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Regression Testing.
• Cutover Testing.
• Test Planning and Scheduling.
• Defect Management and Triage.
