Senior Business Analyst (BlackLine) – 6 Month Contract Location: Windsor (1 day/week onsite)

Overview Experienced Senior Business Analyst required to support finance transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on BlackLine.
This is for a finance systems ransformation including SAP, Blackline and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

Overview Experienced Senior Business Analyst required to support finance transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on BlackLine.
This is for a finance systems ransformation including SAP, Blackline and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and management
- Support demand management and business case development
- Act as liaison between business and technical stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment of business goals and solutions
- Work with Dev and QA/UAT teams to deliver requirements
- Manage traceability and support impact assessments
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed
- 6+ years’ Business Analyst experience
- Strong finance process knowledge (accounting, reconciliations, journals, transaction matching)
- BlackLine experience (essential)
- Experience with Agile, process mapping, and tools like Visio/ADO
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
