- Develop and implement tailored data and AI solutions utilizing the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Fabric, Synapse, and Power BI, with possible inclusion of Databricks.
- Conduct hands-on engineering focused on Python for data processing and ML pipelines, alongside C# for backend services and APIs.
- Lead implementations of classic AI use cases critical to automating business processes, ensuring productive usability.
- Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend business strategies and requirements, crafting robust technical solutions from those insights.
- Provide pre-sales support, including technical problem-solving, effort estimation, and compelling narrative creation.
- Assist in enhancing AI capabilities within the organization, including the development of assets, best practices, and scalable blueprints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other Microsoft technologies, such as Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Must have:
- Several years of experience in implementing real-world data and AI solutions, ideally in close client collaboration.
- Solid proficiency with the Microsoft stack, ideally Azure and data platform solutions (Fabric, Synapse), with supplementary expertise in Databricks.
- Excellent skills in Python, ideally accompanied by proficiency in C# for productive services and integrations.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure AI services or Power Platform, including Azure AI Foundry or CopilotStudio.
- Understanding of security and data protection regulations in the AI context.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Familiarity with additional data engineering platforms or tools, such as Spark or PySpark.
- Experience with generative AI and AI-Ops strategies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices, particularly using Azure DevOps.
