- Lead teams and projects, overseeing delivery from requirements gathering to solution design and implementation.
- Capture client requirements, leading the development of solution architectures tailored to current and future business needs.
- Design and develop custom Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics solutions, utilizing the latest cloud technologies.
- Build and oversee the development of interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring clients gain clear, actionable insights.
- Guide teams in data modeling and transformation efforts, focusing on optimized data architectures and the design of ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Must have demonstrable experience in designing and delivering cloud-based data engineering and analytics solutions.
- Required extensive experience in a client-facing role with a proven track record in consultancy or systems integration.
- Hands-on experience with modern programming languages such as Python and SQL is mandatory.
- Familiarity with data integration tools like Azure Data Factory and data platform solutions like Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks is necessary.
- Certified expertise in data visualisation and analytics using tools like Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau.
- Minimum strong experience in data modeling and transformation, including the design of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing solutions.
- Mandatory experience or awareness of Big Data, Data Science, or AI technologies, including integrating Machine Learning models and/or Generative AI components.
- Must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills, with a history of effective teamwork and project leadership.
- All applicants must either hold active Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain Security Clearance.
- Legal work eligibility is required.
- Mandatory active Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain Security Clearance is essential.
- Required years of experience in a consultancy or systems integrator role leading teams or projects.
- Experience with additional data visualization tools or platforms.
- Understanding of emerging technologies in analytics such as AI and Machine Learning.
