Role – We’re seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Azure AD B2C and CI/CD automation to support a large-scale digital transformation project for a major utilities client. As part of this programme, legacy on-prem systems are being modernised into cloud-native, SaaS-based platforms. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining robust DevOps pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, and secure identity management configurations that ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance.

Role – We’re seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Azure AD B2C and CI/CD automation to support a large-scale digital transformation project for a major utilities client. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining robust DevOps pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, and secure identity management configurations that ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, and Azure CLI.
- Design, develop, and manage Azure AD B2C tenant configurations, including custom user journeys, policies, and claims providers using the Identity Experience Framework.
- Integrate enterprise and B2C applications using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0 protocols.
- Automate environment setup and policy management with PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
- Implement DevSecOps practices with integrated security scans, policy compliance, and access validations.
- Configure monitoring and observability with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Harden and secure identity platforms by enforcing conditional access, MFA, token policies, and encryption standards.
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant cloud solutions.
- Manage RBAC permissions and document workflows to ensure consistency and governance.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in DevOps, Azure Cloud, and Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Azure AD B2C and Identity Experience Framework.
- Advanced skills in Terraform / Terraform Cloud, ARM templates, and Azure CLI.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, or scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience implementing Policy-as-Code frameworks (e.g., Sentinel, OPA).
- Solid understanding of cloud security, identity governance, and network policies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
