Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage the entire project lifecycle for ERP implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while promoting a positive team atmosphere.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between client teams and external vendors, facilitating effective communication and aligning project goals with client needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with diverse teams to identify and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of the ERP system functionality needed for success.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition and user adoption of the new ERP system.
- Risk Assessment: Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation plans to ensure seamless project execution.
- Training & Support: Create and deliver training sessions and materials to empower users and maximize the efficiency of the ERP system.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and project success metrics, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or a similar project management certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in managing ERP projects, with a strong understanding of various ERP systems and their business applications.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
