This role combines functional consulting, payroll solution design, and client-facing delivery, ensuring compliant, scalable, and high-quality payroll solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Solution Design
- Lead and support payroll workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Define and document SAP Payroll configuration aligned with:
- Business requirements
- Technical constraints
- Compliance obligations
- Ensure delivery of scalable and supportable payroll solutions
- Belgian Payroll Expertise
- Provide deep expertise in:
- Belgian payroll and tax regulations
- Year-end reporting obligations
- Payroll post-processing flows
- Configure and support:
- SAP FinProf
- Belcotax / BOW reporting
- Payroll compliance processes
- Provide deep expertise in:
- Data Migration & Integration
- Support:
- Payroll data mapping and migration activities
- Data cleansing and transformation processes
- Work with technical teams to define:
- Integration requirements
- Interface specifications
- Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards
- Support:
- Testing & Delivery
- Execute and support:
- Payroll testing
- UAT activities
- Defect resolution and validation
- Ensure successful transition to support and maintenance teams
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting throughout delivery lifecycle
- Execute and support:
- Stakeholder & Consulting Activities
- Collaborate closely with:
- Clients
- Project teams
- Third-party providers
- Support:
- Solution scoping
- Estimation activities
- Change requests and enhancements
- Act as a trusted advisor on payroll process and SAP solution design
- Collaborate closely with:
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP HCM Payroll
- Belgian payroll processing and compliance
- Proven expertise in:
- SAP FinProf
- Belcotax / BOW reporting
- Payroll post-processing flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to design, implement, and test custom payroll solutions
- Experience working in:
- High-volume payroll environments
- Multi-legal-entity organisations
- Excellent stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
- Fluent in:
- Flemish, French, or Dutch
- English (professional proficiency)
- Must be based in Europe
