Role – We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Microservices AWS Developer to design, build, and deploy high-performance web applications using Java and AWS Serverless technologies. You will work across the full development lifecycle from architecture and development to deployment and monitoring; leveraging modern frameworks such as Spring Boot and AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS Fargate, and API Gateway. You will work across the full development lifecycle from architecture and development to deployment and monitoring; leveraging modern frameworks such as Spring Boot and AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS Fargate, and API Gateway. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices on AWS.
- Build and maintain scalable serverless applications using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS Fargate, and related services.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and stability.
- Take ownership of full lifecycle development — from design through to production.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Expert in Java, Spring Boot, and concurrent programming.
- Proven experience with AWS Serverless Architecture, including:
- Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS Fargate, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, IAM, API Gateway, ALBs, KMS, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, and S3.
- Strong understanding of message-driven architectures (MQ/Kafka).
- Solid experience with RDBMS (Sybase/DB2 preferred) and complex SQL.
- Full SDLC knowledge, from design through deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
