About the Role Weβre seeking a Senior QA Engineer to support a large digital transformation programme, ensuring high-quality customer journeys across voice, web, mobile, and chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end test strategies across voice (IVR/IVA), web, mobile (iOS/Android), and chat
- Create test plans and cases covering intent handling, ambiguity resolution, and business rules
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
- Validate channel-specific behaviours (ASR/NLU, UI, conversational flows)
- Test cross-channel journeys (e.g. voice β app β web β agent)
- Analyse logs (ASR/NLU, analytics, telemetry, chat transcripts)
- Run A/B testing and validate KPIs (conversion, engagement, containment, resolution)
- 12+ years in IT, including 6+ years in QA
- Experience in manual and automated testing
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies (white-box & black-box)
- Experience with test automation tools
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
