Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Workday subject matter expert, supporting and configuring modules including HCM, Absence, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Security, Talent, and Reporting.
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into Workday solutions that drive efficiency and engagement.
- Support the rollout of new modules and functionalities, ensuring smooth delivery and strong adoption.
- Manage and maintain Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and refine dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to enhance processes and system usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Stay current with Workday releases, identifying opportunities for improvement or new capabilities.
About You
- Experienced Workday Analyst / Senior Workday Analyst with hands-on configuration experience.
- Strong understanding across multiple modules: HCM, Absence, Compensation (and ideally Advanced Compensation), Talent, and Security.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Eligible to work remotely in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, or Romania.

- Competitive salary up €55,000 - €65,000, depending on experience.
