Focus on WD are seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join an International Workday Customer, in a newly go-live environment. Predominantly focusing on support with elements of project work.
 
A Senior Workday Analyst to join the HRIS function and become a trusted subject matter expert across multiple modules.
You’ll play a key role in supporting, configuring, and optimising Workday across the business — acting as the go-to specialist for stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Workday subject matter expert, supporting and configuring modules including HCM, Absence, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Security, Talent, and Reporting.
  • Partner closely with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into Workday solutions that drive efficiency and engagement.
  • Support the rollout of new modules and functionalities, ensuring smooth delivery and strong adoption.
  • Manage and maintain Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop and refine dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to enhance processes and system usage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Stay current with Workday releases, identifying opportunities for improvement or new capabilities.
 
About You
  • Experienced Workday Analyst / Senior Workday Analyst with hands-on configuration experience.
  • Strong understanding across multiple modules: HCM, Absence, Compensation (and ideally Advanced Compensation), Talent, and Security.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Eligible to work remotely in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, or Romania.

  • Competitive salary up €55,000 - €65,000, depending on experience.
