- Lead Workday configuration, reporting, security, and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to optimise processes.
- Resolve system issues and deliver user-focused improvements.
- Build reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
- Guide third-party partners and mentor junior team members.
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience across HCM + 3+ modules (e.g. Learning, Payroll, Benefits).
- Strong config, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, detail-driven approach to system optimisation.
