Role – We are seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager to lead strategic governance, integration delivery, and value realisation across the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and support functions to enable adoption of new capabilities, enhance platform maturity, and ensure alignment to enterprise standards. This role plays a key part in shaping the platform roadmap and driving cross-functional outcomes that improve service capabilities and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Governance
    • Define and maintain ServiceNow governance including CSDM frameworks and clear RACI models
    • Ensure alignment to architectural, security, and compliance standards
  • Integration & Delivery Leadership
    • Lead delivery of ServiceNow platform integrations (e.g. SAP GRC Access Control, Cloud Discovery)
    • Work closely with technical teams to ensure scalable and secure implementations
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as primary liaison across product, engineering, security, and service teams
    • Facilitate platform stand-ups, workshops, and leadership engagements
  • Innovation & Tooling Enablement
    • Support AI-enhanced productivity and automation initiatives within the platform
    • Represent the technology tooling team in showcases and future capabilities forums
  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor and enhance ITSM platform performance and user satisfaction
    • Oversee documentation, communications, and product reporting

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in Product Management supporting enterprise technology platforms
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and governance best practices
  • Experience leading integration delivery with ITSM systems
  • Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or productivity tooling beneficial
