Role – We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Product Owner to define product vision, manage backlog priorities, and drive delivery of ServiceNow platform capabilities within a large-scale transformation programme. This role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring that solutions deliver measurable value while aligning with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the ServiceNow product backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation based on business value
- Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and release plans
- Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment
- Participate in Agile events including:
- PI Planning
- Backlog refinement
- System Demos
- Inspect & Adapt sessions
- Drive adoption through self-service, automation, and AI-enabled workflows
- Lead UAT, demos, and value realisation activities
- Ensure compliance with ITIL, audit, and governance standards
- Act as the primary interface with business stakeholders and clients
- Support continuous improvement and platform optimisation initiatives
Key Skills:
- 8+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- HRSD
- CSM
- Solid understanding of:
- ServiceNow platform capabilities (workflows, Flow Designer, CMDB, integrations)
- Licensing and platform constraints
- Proven experience in:
- Backlog management and prioritisation
- Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
- Ability to translate business needs into delivery-ready requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with distributed teams and complex delivery environments
