We’re looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with a focus on Absence and Time Tracking to support clients in optimizing and implementing their HR technology solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and support Workday Absence & Time Tracking implementations from design through to go-live
- Advise clients on workforce management processes, including absence policies, leave management, and time tracking frameworks
- Configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules to meet business requirements
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Support testing phases, data migration, and integrations
- Contribute to project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR or related field is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience with Workday, ideally with Absence and/or Time Tracking modules
- Workday certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong understanding of workforce management processes and HR systems
- Experience with SaaS implementation or configuration
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
