Role – We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer specialising in the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module to design, build, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect and SPM Process Team to implement new functionalities, automate workflows, integrate systems, and deliver a seamless user experience across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about leveraging ServiceNow to drive efficiency, visibility, and business value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customise ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement workflows, catalog items, dashboards, and workspaces.
- Develop custom scripts and API integrations to extend platform functionality.
- Support the delivery of new modules and enhancements in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and update Service Catalog items and automation workflows.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance during ServiceNow upgrades.
- Troubleshoot issues, propose optimisations, and contribute to ongoing platform improvement.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience (3+ years) working with the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture.
- Strong JavaScript skills and experience using ServiceNow APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Ability to design and deliver integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
