Role – We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to oversee full lifecycle Employee Central implementations and integrations across a modern SAP landscape. This is a hands-on role combining solution leadership, functional configuration, technical orchestration, and stakeholder management to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the EC platform.

Role – We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to oversee full lifecycle Employee Central implementations and integrations across a modern SAP landscape. This is a hands-on role combining solution leadership, functional configuration, technical orchestration, and stakeholder management to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the EC platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementation and integration activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Drive incident, change and service request management with adherence to SLAs and ITIL processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for upgrades, troubleshooting, performance improvements and releases.
- Produce and maintain project documentation including validation, cutover, UAT and knowledge artefacts.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders and recommend improvements to processes and service levels.
- Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Employee Central implementations.
- Deep configuration knowledge of MDF objects (custom + standard), UI configuration, data models and provisioning settings.
- Strong understanding of Position Management, Position to Job sync, org chart, code generation and UI enhancements.
- Hands-on experience configuring:

✔ Alerts & Business Rules
✔ Custom email notifications
✔ Letter generation - Expertise in Event Reason derivation.
- Strong RBAC configuration experience (roles, groups, country-specific criteria).
- Experience with:
✔ Concurrent employment
✔ Global assignments
✔ Foundation objects
✔ HRIS elements & HRIS sync mapping
✔ Dynamic filters & background elements - Comprehensive knowledge of Time Off / Leave of Absence, including types, profiles and accrual management.
- Experience with Contingent Worker configuration including Work Orders and vendor workflows.
- Ability to configure blocks for Dependents, Addresses, Work Permit, Global & Personal Info.
- Strong experience in data migration (Foundation, MDF and Employee data).
- Experience producing:
✔ Test Strategy
✔ Data Migration Strategy
✔ Instance Strategy
✔ UAT & SIT Plans
✔ WBS / BPML / Cutover Plans - Experience with SIT/UAT, test case creation and result validation.
- Experience with:
✔ Theme management
✔ Homepage customisation
✔ People Profile customisation - Experience with CTS, instance refresh and release management.
- IAS/IPS configuration with Azure AD + SSO integration.
- Expertise in Story, Canvas and Ad-Hoc reporting.
- Knowledge of Job Profile Builder, Competencies & EC best practices.
- Understanding of talent modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation.
