SAP SuccessFactors ECP Lead Contract: 6 months
Location: 2 days onsite – London / Hull / Southampton
Overview We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead to drive delivery, configuration, and support of payroll solutions. You’ll act as the SME, ensuring compliant, efficient payroll processes integrated across SAP and third-party systems.

Overview We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead to drive delivery, configuration, and support of payroll solutions. You’ll act as the SME, ensuring compliant, efficient payroll processes integrated across SAP and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ECP implementation and support
- Design payroll solutions aligned with business and statutory requirements
- Configure payroll schemas, wage types, time valuation, and off-cycle processing
- Oversee data migration and full testing cycles (UAT, parallel runs, etc.)
- Manage integrations with Employee Central, SAP (S/4HANA/ECC), and third-party systems
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and year-end reporting
- Engage stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and vendors
- Lead delivery, mentor team members, and support project planning
- 8+ years SAP HCM Payroll experience
- 2+ end-to-end implementations
- Strong UK ECP configuration expertise
- SAP SuccessFactors ECP Certification
- Deep knowledge of payroll schemas, wage types, tax, and garnishments
- Experience with PCC, integrations, and data replication
- Proven support, testing (UAT/QA), and change management experience
- Experience with FI posting (G/L mapping), tax updates, and regulatory changes
