Client – Partnered with a global market leader in their field, operating in over 90 countries with a workforce of more than 40,000 employees worldwide. Renowned for innovation, sustainability and long-term investment in technology, the organisation is undertaking a significant global HR transformation programme centred around SAP SuccessFactors.

As part of this journey, they are delivering a large-scale rollout across the APAC region, providing an opportunity to join a high-profile international programme that will shape HR operations across more than 20 countries. You'll work alongside experienced global teams in a collaborative environment where best practice, stakeholder engagement and delivery excellence are at the heart of every project.
 
Role – We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Rollout / Project Manager to lead the regional deployment, ensuring successful localisation, stakeholder engagement and delivery of Employee Central and Talent solutions whilst maintaining alignment with the global template.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior consultant who combines strong project management expertise with deep functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and multi-country HR transformation programmes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple APAC countries.
  • Manage delivery from planning through to go-live and hypercare.
  • Coordinate localisation activities to ensure compliance with country-specific legislative and payroll requirements.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, fit-gap analysis and business process alignment with regional stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Global HR, Product Owners, implementation partners and local business teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams including HR, Payroll, Integration and Change Management.
  • Ensure consistency with the global SuccessFactors template while balancing local business requirements.
  • Manage project plans, RAID logs, governance meetings, reporting and executive stakeholder communications.
  • Support data, testing, cutover and deployment planning activities.
  • Drive delivery against agreed milestones, budgets and timelines.
  • Challenge stakeholders where appropriate, providing best practice recommendations rather than simply documenting requirements.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies and mitigation plans across multiple countries.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing multiple SAP SuccessFactors rollout programmes.
  • Extensive experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Central data structures, country-specific configuration and localisation.
  • Experience delivering multi-country HR transformation programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll integrations across multiple countries and payroll providers.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex stakeholder environments across different regions and cultures.
  • Experience coordinating global templates with local country requirements.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering experience.
  • Experience working alongside technical integration teams and third-party implementation partners.
  • Consultancy background with the ability to influence, challenge and advise senior business stakeholders.

Desirable Experience:
  • Experience delivering APAC SuccessFactors programmes.
  • Knowledge of Talent modules including Performance & Goals and Succession.
  • Experience working within matrixed global organisations.
  • Previous experience with large consulting organisations or global system integrators.
  • SAP Activate methodology experience.
  • Experience supporting S/4HANA-enabled HR transformation programmes.
