Role – We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the architecture and strategic direction of an enterprise HR technology landscape.

Working with senior business and technology stakeholders, you will define the HR systems roadmap, provide architectural governance, and ensure scalable, future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions that support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior architect with extensive SuccessFactors expertise who enjoys combining strategic planning with hands-on solution design.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the SAP SuccessFactors architecture roadmap and long-term HR technology strategy.
  • Act as the Design Authority for all HR technology solutions.
  • Lead architecture governance across multiple HR transformation programmes.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable enterprise architecture solutions.
  • Review, challenge and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Provide architectural leadership across HR projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Assess current SAP landscapes and identify technical debt, risks and optimisation opportunities.
  • Define future-state architecture and migration strategies.
  • Partner with HR, IT and third-party vendors to deliver business-focused solutions.
  • Ensure effective HR data architecture, governance and integration across enterprise systems.
  • Support continuous improvement and technology innovation within the HR ecosystem.


Key Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Architect or Enterprise HR Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of the complete SAP SuccessFactors suite.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale HR technology architectures.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integration with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Expertise across:
    • Employee Central
    • Employee Central Payroll
    • Time Management / Time Tracking
    • Workforce Management
    • Payroll
    • HR Master Data
    • HR Data Architecture
  • Proven experience leading architecture governance.
  • Experience conducting architecture reviews and solution assurance.
  • Strong stakeholder management across HR, IT and executive leadership.
  • Experience defining technology roadmaps and enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Strong understanding of HR transformation programmes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
