- Take overall responsibility for the technical strategy of projects, including data migrations, integrations, and key customizations.
- Conduct and lead architecture and technical requirements workshops.
- Evaluate and select suitable Microsoft cloud technologies, prioritizing security, compliance, performance, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership in projects and mentor developers to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to architectural principles, best practices, and standards throughout implementations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Solution Architect and Delivery team to guarantee high-quality execution.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, such as presentations, conception, effort estimates, and decision documentation.
- Advise clients on roadmap strategies, release plans, and effective platform governance.
- Maintain technical strategy documentation and develop efficient application lifecycle management processes.
- Define and assure binding standards for accurate effort estimates in software development.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in consulting and technical implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions (Dataverse, Power Automate, Copilot).
- Required expertise in enterprise and software architectures, alongside pro-code development in C# and JavaScript.
- Understanding of data modeling, security, and performance considerations.
- Necessary analytical skills for developing solutions to complex problems.
- Minimum exposure to Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Required experience with solution strategies, ALM, and CI/CD for Dynamics and Power Platform.
- Necessary fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum willingness to travel is low.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Azure AI.
- Familiarity with integrating non-Microsoft ERP systems such as SAP.
