What You’ll Do
- Lead and support business-led transformation initiatives across Finance and Supply Chain
- Facilitate workshops and confidently engage senior stakeholders, with the ability to lead conversations and drive outcomes
- Translate complex business challenges into clear requirements, solutions, and transformation roadmaps
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Support ERP-enabled transformation programmes (training on specific platforms provided where needed)
- Bring structure to ambiguity and help define practical, deliverable solutions
- Contribute to programme governance, delivery planning, and stakeholder alignment
What We’re Looking For
- Background as a Management Consultant, Business Analyst, or Transformation Consultant
- Strong experience solving business problems and driving change initiatives
- Experience across Finance and/or Supply Chain domains
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior audiences
- Exposure to ERP transformation programmes (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Ability to operate effectively in both structured and ambiguous environments
Desirable Experience
- Experience in consulting environments (Big 4, Tier 2, or boutique firms)
- Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes
- Experience working with distributed or technical delivery teams
