Overview / Role Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Transformation Lead to drive large-scale ERP-enabled transformation programmes across Finance and Supply Chain (SCM) functions. This role is ideal for a consulting professional with strong stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and delivery leadership experience within complex enterprise environments. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering end-to-end transformation initiatives, combining functional expertise with programme leadership to help organisations modernise their core operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programmes spanning Finance and Supply Chain
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and challenge
• Drive ERP-enabled transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Translate business objectives into operating model, process, and technology changes
• Lead cross-functional teams across process design, change, and implementation
• Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Support business development, including proposal development and client presentations

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience delivering ERP transformation programmes
• Strong functional knowledge across Finance (Record-to-Report, P2P, OTC) and/or Supply Chain (Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, Procurement)
• Demonstrated experience in a consulting environment with excellent client-facing skills
• Experience operating as a Transformation Lead, Programme Lead, or Workstream Lead
• Strong understanding of operating model design and business process transformation
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite / Director level)

Dealbreakers (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

• Legal work eligibility in the UK
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP transformation initiatives
• Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior levels
• Mandatory certifications in ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle

Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, or Dynamics 365
• Background in Big 4 or top-tier consulting environments
• Exposure to large-scale global transformation programmes
