Key Responsibilities:
- Support and implementation of Kronos Time and Attendance, Scheduling and Employee Self Service.
- Build of complicated Pay rules.
- Creation of Schedule Patterns.
- Build of Accruals (Entitlement).
Key Skills:
- Demonstarted project experiences with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) and/or UKG Ready Workforce Management Central.
- Considering individuals with experiences as Super Users/Administrators, Consultants and Solution Architects.
- UKG Timekeeper or other UKG module certifications are a bonus.
- Excellent communication (oral & written) is a must.
