This role focuses on embedding sustainable Workday usage, improving manager self-service, and ensuring consistent adoption across regions through structured change and training networks.

This role focuses on embedding sustainable Workday usage, improving manager self-service, and ensuring consistent adoption across regions through structured change and training networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global Workday adoption and change activities
- Coordinate and support a trainer/change champion network
- Run regular drop-in sessions and change calls (fortnightly/monthly)
- Capture user feedback and escalate insights to technical teams
- Support training, communication, and enablement for Workday processes
- Build role-based learning journeys aligned to real business use cases
- Improve adoption KPIs (usage, UX, data quality, process adherence)
- Translate Workday functionality into simple, user-friendly guidance
- HR Transformation / HRIS / Workday change experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for business users
- Strong stakeholder management in international environments
- Confident facilitator with excellent communication skills
- 6+ years experience preferred, with Workday exposure
- German + English
- 1–3+ years Workday experience
- Experience with adoption tracking or HR change programmes
- Salary: ~€65k (up to ~€70k for strong profiles)
- Hybrid working (3 days onsite)
- Germany-based preferred
