You will act as the functional owner for your Workday domain, leading key global processes, partnering closely with HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Shared Services, and ensuring Workday data is translated into meaningful insights for the business. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday processes and initiatives within your functional focus area
- For Advanced Compensation: ownership of global merit cycles (current cycle in testing, concluding in April) and leadership of future cycles
- For Time Tracking & Absence: ownership of global time and absence frameworks and ongoing optimisation
- Capture, consolidate, and analyse compensation or time & absence data across multiple countries
- Deliver clear, actionable insights and reporting to HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Total Rewards team, functional HR teams, Workday analysts from other modules, Global Shared Services, and Payroll
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, best practice, and functional leadership across the organisation
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong, hands-on Workday expertise in Advanced Compensation or Time Tracking & Absence
- Experience operating in a global Workday environment with complex, cross-country HR processes
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex annual or cyclical processes (e.g. merit cycles, accruals, time frameworks)
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate system data into business-relevant insights
- Confident stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally
