A fantastic opportunity for a Workday UK Benefits & Compensation Consultant to join a phenomenal name in the Global Workday Ecosystem 
The ideal individual will have worked with both Workday UK Benefits & Workday Core Compensation for the past 3 Years. Strong configuration required with Both modules with prior deployment experience, either Launch or Your Way 

Position: Workday Benefits & Compensation Consultant 
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: UK – 100% Remote Working
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 Base Salary plus Bonus & Benefits

Skills & Experience Required:

▪️ 3+ Years Experience with Workday UK Benefits & Workday Core/Advanced Compensation
▪️ Workday Certifications preffered
▪️ Strong Configuration experience required
▪️ Strong Deployment experience, ideally you've lead on 2+ Benefits and compensation end to end projects from discovery to go-live
▪️ Excellent Stakeholder communication skills – the ability to change approach, face off to some challenging stakeholders, work alongside the business to see maximum gain from the system
