Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions
- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday system solutions
- Participate in Workday deployment, optimisation, and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of Workday initiatives
- Provide functional expertise and guidance on Workday best practices
- Hands-on experience with Workday is essential
- French Speaking
- Experience working with HRIS systems in either a consulting or end-user environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
- Candidates can be based anywhere in France
- On-site presence will be required depending on project needs
