A leading global Systems Integrator, is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Integration Lead to join a Workday Financials transformation programme. This role will lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex integrations between Workday Financials and enterprise applications across ERP, banking, procurement, payroll, CRM, data warehouse, and third-party platforms.
The successful candidate will act as the technical integration SME, providing leadership across the full integration lifecycle while working closely with Workday Financials Functional Leads, Architects, client stakeholders, and offshore development teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday Financials integrations across multiple workstreams.
- Design and develop scalable integration solutions using Workday integration technologies, including:
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Studio
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Cloud Connect
- Document Transformation
- Workday Extend (desirable)
- Define integration architecture, standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with finance, procurement, payroll, HR, and technical stakeholders.
- Review and approve technical specifications, design documents, and integration build activities.
- Lead integration strategy, sequencing, and deployment planning.
- Manage integration testing activities including SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, and defect resolution.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to onshore and offshore integration consultants.
- Ensure integrations comply with security, audit, governance, and data privacy requirements.
- Support cutover planning, data validation, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate closely with Workday Financials functional teams to ensure integration solutions align with business processes and reporting requirements.
- 5+ years of Workday Integration experience.
- 3+ years leading Workday Financials integration workstreams on large enterprise deployments.

- Proven experience leading integration teams within a Systems Integrator or consulting environment.
- Experience working on global or multi-country Workday deployments.
