Key Responsibilities:
Ratewise we are looking to pay between £900 - £1000 per day inside IR35. If you would like slightly higher, please talk to me as this is possible but not preferred.
I don't have to tell you that Workday Finance is booming! As a consulting partner oursleves, I will give you the opportunity (If you want) to become Workday certified and get involved in the wider Workday programmes that Focus Cloud Group are running for our customers within Workday Finance.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Workday Financials Project Manager to join our clients dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial transformation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with organisational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyse financial requirements and processes, translating them into effective Workday solutions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and providing regular status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the testing phase, ensuring thorough validation of configurations and functional requirements, while coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users.
- Provide training and support to users post-implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilisation of Workday Financials.
- Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise the use of Workday Financials and enhance system functionality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Workday Certification) is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically with Workday Financials implementations, including a strong understanding of financial processes and systems. You should have completed at least 2 Workday Financials deployments as a Project Manager.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess problems, identify root causes, and implement timely and effective solutions.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
