About the Role
As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will deliver Workday HCM projects by applying best-practice design, configuration, and deployment methodologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional, technical, and international teams to address client challenges and deliver effective Workday solutions. This role offers the opportunity to grow Workday capability, work with diverse clients, and contribute to impactful business transformations while developing your expertise.
 
What You’ll Do

• Client Collaboration & Advisory: Partner with clients across all levels to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on the best Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.
• Solution & Process Design: Develop and design processes using best-practice Workday functionality, ensuring effective configuration and seamless integration with other systems and functional areas.
• Implementation & Testing: Configure Workday solutions, support testing activities through defect resolution, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with Workday methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Workday Expertise: Proven ability to design and configure Workday HCM solutions, with strong knowledge of system capabilities, data requirements, and the product roadmap - including emerging AI developments.
• HR Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and compliance with UK and international statutory requirements, ensuring clients’ Workday solutions address key operational and regulatory needs.
• Consulting & Client Engagement: Strong consulting, presentation, and client-facing skills; able to build, sustain, and grow relationships with clients while delivering value-driven outcomes.
• Collaboration & Certification: Holds current Workday HCM certifications; demonstrates a proactive, collaborative attitude and experience working effectively across on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore delivery models.
