Salary: £65,000 - £68,000 plus bonus and benefits (total yearly cash compensation up to £80,000+)

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Configuration experience across Workday HCM and at least x2 other modules to a 3rd line level.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Security.
- The ability to act as the product champion for the business, working closely with Stakeholders and Global teams to articulate solutions.
- The ability to mentor junior team members and users in best practices.
- Strong knowledge and capabilities with Workday Reporting.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the capability to look at the "bigger picture" and prioritise tasks and articulate accurate solutioning timelines to the business.
