Key Responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert for assigned Workday HCM modules during configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with global HR teams, external partners, and project stakeholders on system deployments and enhancements.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations to optimise HR processes.
- Troubleshoot system, process, and integration issues, providing excellent support to HR users and managers.
- Support roll-out of new functionality and modules, including user training and guidance.
- Define test criteria, perform system testing, and ensure quality assurance of data.
- Contribute to HR process mapping, SOPs, policies, and knowledge base documentation.
- 2–3+ years’ experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM modules (or equivalent HCM platform).
- Strong knowledge of Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence Management; experience with other modules (Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Reporting, Engagement) is a plus.
- Expertise in Workday configuration, business process design, security role management, and report creation.
- Experience in HR operations, process mapping, SOP creation, or HR policy design.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese or French is advantageous.
