About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join a growing HR Technology function. The role focuses on supporting Workday deployment, enhancing HR systems, and driving process improvements across global HR operations. You will work on both implementation projects and ongoing system optimisation, contributing to HR transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as subject matter expert for assigned Workday HCM modules during configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams, external partners, and project stakeholders on system deployments and enhancements.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations to optimise HR processes.
  • Troubleshoot system, process, and integration issues, providing excellent support to HR users and managers.
  • Support roll-out of new functionality and modules, including user training and guidance.
  • Define test criteria, perform system testing, and ensure quality assurance of data.
  • Contribute to HR process mapping, SOPs, policies, and knowledge base documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2–3+ years’ experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM modules (or equivalent HCM platform).
  • Strong knowledge of Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence Management; experience with other modules (Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Reporting, Engagement) is a plus.
  • Expertise in Workday configuration, business process design, security role management, and report creation.
  • Experience in HR operations, process mapping, SOP creation, or HR policy design.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese or French is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
