- Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Must have proven experience as a Workday HCM Data Lead or in a similar data management role.
- Required strong knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices.
- Mandatory expertise in Workday HCM configurations and data structures.
- Necessary project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time.
- Certified Workday HCM professional (preferred).
- Legal work eligibility in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Mandatory experience in data analysis and reporting within Workday HCM.
- Required minimum of 5 years in a related HCM or data management role.
- Familiarity with additional HR systems and tools.
- Experience with data visualization software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
