Job Title: Workday HCM Lead
Location: UK Based - Fully Remote with Milestone Travel
Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum plus bonus/benefits
This is an intial Fixed Term Contract for 18 moths.

I am looking for a Workday HCM Lead to manage the HCM side of the implementation and be that pivot point to ensure they go live sucessfully mid 2027.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5+ years experience as a Workday HCM Lead/HRIS Lead or Functional Lead
- A blended strategic and hands-on skillset
- Proven experience managing at least one full-lifecycle implementation of Workday HCM.
- Experience across the following modular areas - Workday Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, and Talent.
- The ability to work with key business stakeholders and vendors to ensure allignment across the programme.
