Role Summary As a Senior Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end solution design and delivery across multiple Workday modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and configure scalable, future-proof Workday HCM solutions tailored to their organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, including discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple Workday modules such as:
- Core HCM
- (Other modules a plus)
- Translate business requirements into functional configuration within Workday.
- Guide clients through Workday best practices and advise on optimization opportunities.
- Lead design workshops and collaborate with both internal and client-side stakeholders.
- Support clients through Phase 1 implementations and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Provide post-deployment support and help drive continuous improvement in client environments.
- 7+ years of Workday consulting experience, with a focus on Workday HCM.
- Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle Workday Phase 1 implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and ideally other modules.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and mentor junior consultants.
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is highly desirable.
- Workday certifications are a strong advantage.
