Workday Reporting Specialist

Currently, no dedicated reporting resource exists, and ad hoc reporting is handled by existing team members who lack capacity to build scalable reporting concepts or governance frameworks.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop Workday custom reports and dashboards
- Establish and improve data governance standards
- Conceptually develop reporting frameworks (beyond ticket-based reporting)
- Potential future involvement in Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning
- Translate business requirements into structured data models
- Support analytics-driven decision-making across HR and business functions
Candidate Profile – Key Requirements Essential:
- Strong background in data analytics and reporting concepts
- Experience building reporting structures, not just generating reports
- Fluent English
- Structured, conceptual thinker
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
- Exposure to Workday reporting
- Experience with data governance
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments
- German language skills (nice to have, not mandatory)
Compensation
- Maximum fixed salary: €75,000 per annum
- No bonus or additional financial benefits
- Salary constraint presents sourcing challenges at required experience level
