Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Workday custom reports and dashboards
  • Establish and enhance data governance and reporting standards
  • Translate business requirements into structured data models
  • Develop scalable reporting frameworks and concepts
  • Partner cross-functionally to support analytics initiatives

Who We Are Looking For Essential

  • Strong background in data analytics and reporting concepts
  • Experience building reporting structures (not just generating reports)
  • Structured, conceptual thinker
  • Fluent English
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
