- Build scalable, long-term internal reporting capabilities within Workday
- Develop reporting frameworks and data governance standards (beyond ad hoc reporting)
- Contribute to analytics-driven decision-making across HR and business functions
- Opportunity to expand into Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning over time
- Design and develop Workday custom reports and dashboards
- Establish and enhance data governance and reporting standards
- Translate business requirements into structured data models
- Develop scalable reporting frameworks and concepts
- Partner cross-functionally to support analytics initiatives

- Strong background in data analytics and reporting concepts
- Experience building reporting structures (not just generating reports)
- Structured, conceptual thinker
- Fluent English
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
