Job Title: Workday HRIS Analyst
Location: Remote working with occasional milestone travel
Salary: £65,000- £75,000 per annum (dependant on experience) plus bonus and benefits

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience across the Workday Product Suite with strong configuration capabilities across Core HCM, with strong demostratable expereince configiring across the Workday Absence and Payroll modules.
- Hands-on experience in at least x2 of the additional modular areas below:
- Talent
- Performance
- Time Tracking
- Learning
- Advanced Compensation
- Recruitment
- The ability to work in a strategic capacity whilst remaining hands-on with the product
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to champion the "art of the possible" across the organisation.
- 3rd party management capabilities, and prior experience working closely with SI/AMS partners to ensure 3rd party support and solutions are fit for purpose.
- Proven capabilities of acting as the Workday Product Champion within an organisation, providing kniowledge transfer, product adoption, and driving best practice within the company.
