Workday HCM Contractor – Recruiting Focus
Location: Stockholm (4 days onsite)
Type: Contract (6 months with strong likelihood of extension)

The Opportunity
We’re supporting a global organisation on a key Workday HCM contract hire to sit within their HR Technology function. This is a high-impact role where you’ll act as the go-to expert for Workday HCM, owning and optimising the full HCM suite with a particular focus on the Recruiting module.
You’ll play a critical role in enabling HR teams globally to become self-sufficient in their processes, while providing hands-on support, guidance, and continuous improvement across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and optimise the Workday HCM suite, with a strong focus on Recruiting
• Act as the primary point of contact for HR technology queries and support
• Drive user adoption and ensure stakeholders are fully utilising Workday capabilities
• Provide support for new implementations (e.g. Time Tracking rollouts in regions such as Thailand)
• Review system usage across modules including US Payroll, Benefits/Health, Time Tracking, and Absence
• Identify opportunities for optimisation, efficiency, and improved user experience
• Support configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements

• Strong hands-on experience across Workday HCM
• Deep expertise in Workday Recruiting
• Experience supporting global HR teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive adoption and user self-sufficiency
• Strong configuration, troubleshooting, and optimisation skills
• Confident stakeholder engagement across multiple regions
