Role Summary As a Workday Integration Lead, you will be responsible for end-to-end solution design and delivery across multiple Workday modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and configure scalable, future-proof Workday HCM solutions tailored to their organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Workday integrations in client environments, including:
- Core Connectors
- Studio
- EIB
- PICOF / PECI
- Workday Web Services (WWS)
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations across various modules and systems.
- Drive best practices in integration architecture, data security, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues post go-live.
- Contribute to multiple Phase 1 Workday implementations, acting as a senior integration lead.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- 5+ years of Workday experience, with a strong focus on Integrations.
- Hands-on experience across a broad range of integration tools and technologies within Workday.
- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and other data exchange standards.
- Experience in multiple Phase 1 implementations in a lead or senior capacity.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and deliver robust, scalable integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is highly desirable.
- Workday Integration certifications (e.g., Core Connector, Studio) are a strong plus.
