Key Deliverables:
- Design, build and maintain Workday integrations using a range of integration technologies.
- Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and third-party vendors to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Support system releases, troubleshoot integration issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Champion integration best practice, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business needs.
- Provide technical expertise, mentor colleagues and help shape our integration standards.
- Proven experience delivering Workday integrations, including Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs, Web Services and related technologies.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Knowledge of HR systems, data security and integration design within a global environment.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
