Key Responsibilities
- Designing multiple intergrations within Workday utilising Workday Studio, EIB's, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Maintainance and enhancement of existing integrations across Workday and aditional people and technology platforms.
- Championing Best Practice and acrhitectural standards for all integrations.
- Working closely with stakeholders and business units to gather requirements for current and future technical and integration needs alligning to the overall product strategy.
- Produce technical design documents and specifications for new or enhanced integrations.
- Monitoring system performance with the ability to troubleshoot and prioritise technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Support end-to-end testing for Workday releases, and integration upgrades.
- 3+ years experience as a Workday Integrations Analyst, Specialist or Consultant.
- Extensive and demonstratable experience across Workday Studio, Integrations, EIB's, Core Connectors and REST/SOAP APIs.
- The ability to articulate technical solutions and gather/document techical requirements from the business.
- Strong collaboration across multiple functional areas of the Workday Product Suite.
- Experience with PECI/PICOF Integrations.
- Strong Workday Reporting and Testing capabilities.
