What You’ll Do
- Lead and collaborate with clients at all levels to design and deliver best-practice Workday solutions, providing expert guidance to meet business requirements and influence key stakeholder decisions.
- Oversee and perform Workday configuration, process design, and defect resolution during testing, ensuring seamless integration with other functional areas and applications across the technology landscape.
- Contribute to Workday delivery initiatives and help grow the firm’s internal expertise, while working in an inclusive, diverse, and supportive environment where you can bring your whole self to work.
What We’re Looking For
- Lead the Workday functional design process, guiding clients through critical decisions and ensuring alignment with best practices and strategic objectives.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in end-to-end HR processes, including UK and international statutory requirements, Workday HCM needs, and integration considerations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday capabilities and product roadmaps, particularly emerging AI developments, while holding current certifications in Workday HCM and at least one additional functional area.
- Exhibit strong consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills, fostering collaboration across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models, and promoting a proactive, knowledge-sharing mindset.
